What is the return policy on Audioengine products?
Buy from our online store and try at home with our 7-day free audition. Every Audioengine product purchased direct from our online store has a 7-day money-back guarantee that starts from the date of purchase. Try our self-powered active speakers and other great audio products for 7 days and if you're not satisfied by the great sound and simple features, contact us and we will refund the purchase price once the product has been returned.
How long will it take to get my product?
We endeavour to have all our products in stock, but on the odd occasion that we may have sold out we will notify you ASAP. Normal delivery is between 1-3 working days from the date of order.
What is the warranty on my new product?
Audio Engine offers a 3 year warranty and Data Robotics a 12 month. This starts from the date your order is received.
